I grew up in Greenwood, attended its public schools, and spent my later teenage years and adulthood in Indianapolis. My connection to this area is personal. It’s where I grew up, and Greenwood is where I’d like my son to put down roots.

I’m a blue-collar, self-made business owner, and my interest in real estate started early. In my early twenties, I bought and sold homes on Asbury Street and Aloda Street in Indianapolis.

What matters to me is remembering that a house is more than a transaction. It can hold years of memories, a lot of hard work, or a problem you’re ready to move past. My job starts with listening to what you need—not deciding for you.

Rich Buys Houses Indy is my independent business. I answer the phone, walk properties, explain offers, and handle the details through closing. You won’t be passed from a salesperson to someone who hasn’t heard your story.

I can purchase directly or work with a professional buying partner. If a partner will complete the purchase, I’ll explain that arrangement so you know who is involved.
